Biography
Dr. Maria Rosaline Nindita Radyati has been teaching at the Economic Faculty of Trisakti University for more than 22 years. There, she founded the MM-CSR, a master’s degree program specializing in sustainability – currently the only master’s-level program with a business sustainability specialization in Indonesia.
Nita has over 10 years of experience conducting international research and has served as a resource and speaker at numerous training, seminars, and workshops. Her areas of expertise include corporate social responsibility (CSR), strategic sustainability design, sustainability reporting, social (community) entrepreneurship, curriculum creation and development, third sector organization (TSO), social innovation and organizational learning, and governance.
Experience
Nita is the director of the Center for Entrepreneurship, Change, and Third Sector (CECT-USAKTI), a research center under the postgraduate program at Trisakti University, and has been appointed head of the education division in Indonesian CSR Consortium and head of the education division of the Association of Risk Management Practitioners (ARMP). She also serves as program director of the MM-CSR at Trisakti.
Since 2010, Nita has been an advisory board member and a jury member for the AGF Community Entrepreneurship Challenge, organized by British Council Indonesia, and led the Due Diligence Project for the winners. She has recently served as the columnist for the bi-weekly CSR section of the Sinar Harapan afternoon daily.
