Since she joined Kiroyan Partners, Olive has continually enhanced her skills in Media Relations and Outreach, Public Relation, Strategic Communications, Event Management, Issues Monitoring and Analysis, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Secondary Data Collections. She is also the key person behind creative designs of the company’s collateral, including presentation materials, reports, and credentials.
Olive has held internships at the largest state-owned bank in Indonesia and a public accounting firm before deciding to turn into consulting world.
Shortly before graduated, Olive started her career as a junior secretary in a property management consulting company. In almost 7 years her career continued to rise with increasing responsibilities, ranging from office administration, contractual issues, tenants relations, to administrative issues in the construction of a new building. She resigned from the position equivalent to an office manager at the end of 2006 to join Kiroyan Partners.
At Kiroyan Partners, Olive is part of the start-up team and has advanced her competence as Consultant since the very beginning of the company’s operations.

Growing up in Bali and Jakarta but spent his high school years in Yogyakarta, Beringin has been exposed to different cultures since early age. He was raised in a multicultural, multiethnic and multireligious family with a strong belief that diversity is a strength that must be embraced.
Annis has spent most of her childhood in the Netherlands. As a graduate from political science, Annis has developed her interest in specific issues, such as environmental politics, political budgeting, and Latin-America studies. Her interest in the mentioned issues has inspired her to write her bachelor thesis on social movements during the post-military regime in Brazil regarding the construction of a mega-dam building.
