Margareth Olivia is a seasoned communications professional who has been integral to Kiroyan Partners since its formative years. With more than 15 years of consulting experience, she brings a rare combination of financial discipline, strategic insight, and creative execution, making her a trusted advisor to clients across industries and sectors.
Her expertise spans strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), issue and crisis management, and public affairs. Olive has led numerous high-impact, multi-stakeholder projects for multinational companies, state-owned enterprises, and development organizations, particularly in sectors such as mining, infrastructure, energy, and finance.
Shaped by a diverse upbringing and enriched by a cross-cultural family life, Olive brings a deep appreciation for social nuance, local values, and the dynamics of pluralism—qualities that inform her approach to engagement and communication strategy.

Experience
Olive began her career in the property management sector, progressing through increasingly senior operational roles. Over nearly seven years, she managed contract administration, tenant relations, office operations, and construction support, culminating in a position equivalent to Office Manager at a prominent commercial property.
She joined Kiroyan Partners in early 2007 as part of the founding team. Starting in an executive support capacity, Olive steadily advanced into strategic and client-facing roles. She has since led a wide range of projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery. Her ability to bridge operational detail with strategic direction has made her a go-to project lead within the firm.
