Adi is well-versed in public policy and stakeholder management discourse due to his avid interest in public policy and politics. He has vast experience in conducting qualitative studies and stakeholder mapping and analysis for private and non-profit sectors.
Adi has more than 10 years of developing national-, provincial- and local-level state institutions, civil society organizations, and communities, through socio-political initiatives, institutional building, and strategic communication.

Hilda began her career as a journalist at one of the biggest national mass media in Indonesia. During her first year, she took a position in Publishing where she was responsible for producing journalistic products for clients. She later wrote for a variety of media platforms from newspapers, online media, social media, to television, with topics covered include economic, metropolitan, and lifestyle.
Esterina first laid the ground of her vast knowledge of legal and politics fields when she studied law at the Gadjah Mada University. With passion on politics and public policy, she pursued further education by taking her master’s degree in public policy—where she graduated with a thesis analysing policy making in Indonesia during the global pandemic. Her keen interests, as well as knowledge and experience, has become a treasured addition to the Kiroyan Partners’ team.
Rizky Akbar Ibrahim usually called Akbar granted his bachelor’s degree from Brawijaya University, Faculty of Social and Political Science, majoring in Political Science. Before obtaining his degree, he completed a final thesis titled “Relocation and Development of the Kalijodo Region (Study on Implementation of City Planning Policy for DKI Jakarta Province)”. From this study, he has sharpened his knowledge on decision-making process and implementing the policy as well as socializing it to the local public in DKI Jakarta provincial government.
Rifat gained his bachelor’s degree from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Faculty of Human Science, majoring in Political Science. He started his professional experience in public affairs and public policy fields during his undergraduate degree, where he joined a think tank firm in Kuala Lumpur as an intern.
