Challenges
USAID provided a grant to three governmental institutions to improve their internal and external communication on anti-corruption through the CEGAH project. Communications skills and strategy are seen as crucial for the success and sustainability of these anti-corruption initiatives but were deemed as lacking and would this need to be improved.

Our Approach
Kiroyan Partners has conducted an assessment of the existing communication strategy and programs, including communication materials and channels to find gaps and areas for improvements. This serves as a basis for delivering a communication strategy to promote anti-corruption tailored for each institution.

Results
The government institutions had, for the first time, an integrated communication strategy to enable an effective and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders on the subject of anti-corruption.
