Biography
Salma Noviandra is a Strategic Corporate Communications practitioner with around four years of experience in both consultancy and in-house roles. A PR Coordinator certified by BNSP, she has built a strong portfolio across the FMCG, financial services (including fintech), and energy sectors. Salma has a clear understanding of how communications can be leveraged to support business objectives. She is also experienced in applying the AMEC Framework to design and evaluate communication programs that deliver measurable impact.
Her achievements include winning three national PR competitions during university and earning a Bronze for Excellence in Communications & PR at the 2023 Marketing Excellence Awards. Passionate about the transformative power of communication, Salma continues to explore how strategic narratives, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, advocacy, and corporate social responsibility can drive meaningful and lasting change, particularly in the sustainability space. With this dedication, Salma now works together with the team at Kiroyan Partners in the active promotion of sustainable business practices in Indonesia.
Experiences
Salma began her communications journey during her undergraduate studies at Universitas Gadjah Mada, supporting projects for a startup, a government ministry, and a research center on sharia finance and digital economics. She later contributed to a multinational FMCG company, Indonesia’s leading geothermal energy producer, a unicorn tech startup, and an ASEAN industrial conglomerate, gaining expertise in corporate communications, CSR, internal engagement, and thought leadership.
In her previous role at Prudential Syariah, she managed external, internal, and ESG communications, successfully delivering initiatives aligned with business priorities. Currently at Kiroyan Partners, she advises clients across industries on corporate communications, strategic advocacy, and internal engagement, with a strong focus on sustainability and measurable outcomes.
