Our Approach
Kiroyan Partners conducted review of the pertaining documents related to the initiative in order to analyze the ongoing communication practices and efforts. Additionally, relevant stakeholders were also identified and comprehensive mapping was conducted. Based on the analysis and mapping results, we formulated a communication framework, which guided them in executing communication and stakeholder engagement approaches.
Results
Within four months, we provided the client with comprehensive documents of communication strategy, communication plan, and stakeholder engagement plan. The client was very satisfied and approved all documents; and we also saw the adoption of our recommendations to the bid document for strategy implementation.
