Kiroyan Partners is committed to responsible and sustainable business practices, including reducing the environmental impacts associated with our operations. As a signatory member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), we recognize environmental protection as an important part of our sustainability commitments.

Our Waste Control & Management Policy provides a framework for reducing, managing, monitoring, and continuously improving waste management across our operations. It is designed to support responsible resource use, reduce environmental impacts, encourage circular-economy practices, and promote environmentally responsible behavior across the organization.

Our Commitments

  • Reduce Waste at Source
We seek to minimize waste generation through practical measures across our operations. These include prioritizing digital documentation, reducing unnecessary printing and single-use packaging, and encouraging the use of reusable items such as food containers and drinking tumblers.
  • Segregate and Manage Waste Responsibly
We promote waste segregation at our offices and operational areas. Waste is categorized to support appropriate handling and disposal, including organic waste, inorganic waste, residual waste, and paper and document waste. Employees are expected to dispose of segregated waste through designated facilities.
  • Prioritize Recycling and Reuse
We prioritize recycling of materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, and metal, and encourage the reuse of office equipment, supplies, and other materials where practicable to extend their useful life and reduce the need for new materials.
  • Work with Responsible Suppliers and Vendors
Where practicable, we give preference to suppliers and vendors that support less-waste or zero-waste practices and use recycled materials. We also encourage relevant suppliers and vendors to understand and support responsible waste reduction, segregation, and disposal practices.
  • Engage Our People
Environmental responsibility is a shared responsibility. We provide information and periodic reminders on appropriate waste segregation and disposal practices and promote awareness initiatives to encourage employees to adopt sustainable practices both in the workplace and beyond.
  • Monitor and Improve
We are committed to monitoring our waste management practices and identifying opportunities for improvement. Our policy provides for the monitoring of waste generation, recycling, and employee awareness, as well as periodic audits where appropriate. Implementation is supervised by management and supported by the Administration team. The policy is reviewed and updated periodically to reflect good industry practices and opportunities for improvement.
