We protect confidential and sensitive information entrusted to us through our professional work.
Information is accessed, used, and shared responsibly and only for legitimate professional purposes and in accordance with applicable requirements and Kiroyan Partners’ policies. - Respect and Inclusion
We are committed to maintaining a professional working environment based on mutual respect, dignity, and fairness.
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, intimidation, exploitation, or other inappropriate conduct. We expect everyone working with or for Kiroyan Partners to contribute to a safe and respectful professional environment. - Compliance and Responsible Business Conduct
We conduct our activities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and Kiroyan Partners’ policies.
We do not engage in bribery, corruption, improper influence, or other conduct that could undermine trust in Kiroyan Partners or the integrity of our professional work. - Fairness and Accountability
We make professional decisions fairly and without improper favoritism or personal benefit.
We expect individuals to take responsibility for their actions, raise concerns when they identify potential misconduct, and cooperate appropriately in addressing issues that may arise.
Scope and Application
This Code applies to everyone working with Kiroyan Partners, including partners, consultants, employees, interns, project personnel, and other individuals engaged to support our work.
It applies across our professional activities, including client engagements, advisory assignments, business development, interactions with government and other stakeholders, internal collaboration, and representation of Kiroyan Partners in a professional capacity.
Raising Concerns
We encourage individuals to raise concerns when they become aware of conduct that may be inconsistent with this Code or other applicable policies.
Concerns may be raised through Kiroyan Partners’ established reporting mechanisms. We seek to handle concerns appropriately and confidentially and do not tolerate retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith.
