A major national bank in Indonesia sought to improve its CSR performance in an effort to advance its reputation.
Kiroyan Partners conducted a systematic evaluation of the bank’s CSR programs and implementation. We found that although the organization’s CSR programs were comprehensive, their implementation lacked direction. They also struggled against ineffective execution and communication.
Our evaluation report outlined several areas in need of improvement, including an expansion of their CSR initiatives and a clearer alignment of programs with stakeholder concerns.
