Experience
Radhynka graduated With Honours (Cum Laude) from Universitas Indonesia, distinguishing herself as one of the top 10 graduates within the International Relations bachelor’s programme. She specialised in gender and human rights studies in university, culminating in her outstanding undergraduate thesis on the ‘Feminist Movement in Asia’. She was also actively involved in a youth-based non-governmental organisation, where she fostered impactful partnerships with esteemed institutions across Indonesia.
From state-owned enterprises to human rights organisations, Radhynka embarked on a diverse array of internship programmes. These formative experiences honed her skills in research and communication, igniting her passion for the Public Affairs industry. Eager to expand her horizons, Radhynka began her journey at Kiroyan Partners as an intern. Her exceptional performance during her tenure propelled her to the role of Project Assistant, enabling her to immerse herself in the dynamic realm of strategic communications.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Radhynka remains deeply engaged in local youth organisations. Committed to fostering the career development of Jakarta’s youth, she currently serves as an Institutional Relations staff for a newly established Jakarta-based youth organisation. In this capacity, Radhynka leads the charge in developing the organisation’s communication strategies and nurturing relationships with governmental and non-governmental institutions. Her proactive approach in identifying sustainable partnership opportunities amplifies the organisation’s impact and solidifies its presence within the community.
