Senior Consultants act as strategic advisors to clients while leading project teams with rigor and care. You’re responsible for shaping solutions that respond to each client’s unique context—translating complex challenges into actionable strategies that balance political, business, and social considerations.
You’ll ensure seamless execution, uphold the quality of deliverables, and help develop junior team members through mentorship and example. This role is both intellectually demanding and highly collaborative.

Consultants
Consultants at Kiroyan Partners are dynamic contributors who help turn insight into impact. You work closely with Senior Consultants to deliver research, develop communications strategies, and support the execution of client engagements from end to end.
This role requires intellectual curiosity, strong writing and analysis, and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects. You’ll be exposed to diverse sectors and high-stakes issues, with room to grow your capabilities in public affairs consulting.
We’re looking for professionals with a solid foundation in communications, public policy, international relations, or related fields—especially those eager to deepen their experience and contribute meaningfully in a collaborative environment.

Analysts
Analysts provide the essential research backbone to our work—uncovering insights that shape the firm’s recommendations and drive strategy for our clients. You’ll conduct primary and secondary research on political, economic, and social issues, support reporting and documentation, and contribute to thought leadership and internal development initiatives.
This is a role for early-career professionals who want to build expertise in public affairs and communications through hands-on, purposeful work.

As a Project Assistants, you’ll support the consulting team through research, data collection, and documentation—helping to ensure each project is grounded in timely and accurate information.
This entry-level role is a springboard into the world of consulting, offering direct exposure to key strategic issues in Indonesia’s social, political, and business landscape. You’ll have the opportunity to learn by doing, while contributing meaningfully to the team.
Recent graduates in social sciences, economics, communications, or business with a passion for research and current affairs are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail, initiative, and a learning mindset will set you up for success.
INTERNSHIP
Kiroyan Partners offers a structured internship program for university students in the later stages of their studies who are interested in public affairs and strategic communications.
Interns are expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills and academic writing capabilities.
A formal internship confirmation letter from the academic institution is typically required.
The program runs for a minimum of two months.
