This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the backbone of our daily operations, the Admin & Office Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and internal processes. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Administrative Support: Handle internal and external correspondence, manage document distribution, maintain office inventory, and assist in general clerical tasks.
- Finance Assistance: Support invoice checking and basic administrative tasks related to financial documentation.
- Daily Operations: Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office, report facility issues to building management, and maintain a well-functioning workspace.
- Meeting & Travel Coordination: Greet and assist guest, help coordinate meeting (internal and external), and manage travel bookings including tickets and accommodations.
You will work closely with the Admin & HR Manager, and collaborate with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, professional setting.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is not only capable of handling administrative tasks but also eager to grow in a positive and meaningful work environment. The ideal candidate should have:- A D1 degree in any major—especially office administration or a related field—is preferred. However, applicants with a high school (SMA/SMK) diploma and relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills in managing documents and daily tasks.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with computers and basic office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, and other productivity tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
- Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is a plus—but not mandatory.
