Jennifer has always been interested in helping other people connect with each other. To pursue her education in communication, she departed to Australia and received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Deakin University with distinction. She also gained some experience in Australia by interning at two notables public relations agencies in Australia, Mango Communications and Thrive PR where she learned more about media relations and content writing.
Prior to joining Kiroyan Partners, Jennifer volunteered for a non-for-profit organization, Indonesian Christian Church (ICC) as their Social Media Coordinator. During which she helped them developed and managed the day-to-day operations of their social media accounts, resulting in 200 and 300 per cent increase in their reach and engagement rate respectively.
She also has completed three internships in communication, two of which were in Australia (Mango Communications and Thrive PR) where she delved deeper into brand activation and media relations. At her internship at Thrive PR, she was tasked to assist with the local media liaison of a region-wide communication campaign to help fundraise money for the Royal Children’s Hospital, Good Friday Appeal. She also has completed an internship at Kiroyan Partners in 2016, where she learned more about Indonesian socio-political issues and public affairs.
During her study, Jennifer also worked as a Freelance Journalist in a local community magazine, BUSET Magazine, reporting Indonesian socio-political news and local Indonesian community events and updates. Additionally, she volunteered in several student association’s committees, such as PPIA Deakin University, Khatulistiwa (a collaborative event to promote Indonesian entrepreneurs in Australia), Deakin College student committee, and Deakin College’s Peer Assisted Learning Mentor (PALM).

A journalist by trade, Rahmad’s deep passion in journalism sparked when he was still in high school, persevered at the university, and matured as it became his choice of career despite having obtained prestigious degree in aeronautics engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology.
Deasy Rasjid brings her experiences in managing communications, strategic planning and media relations to help achieve the vision of Kiroyan Partners to be the thought leader in promoting sustainable business practices in Indonesia through strategic business solutions in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
Growing up in Bali and Jakarta but spent his high school years in Yogyakarta, Beringin has been exposed to different cultures since early age. He was raised in a multicultural, multiethnic and multireligious family with a strong belief that diversity is a strength that must be embraced.
