Eugenia Angesti Meganingtyas (Megan) is a driven policy enthusiast with a global perspective, specializing in international relations and public policy. With a strong foundation in global political economy from her master’s studies at Leiden University, Megan brings a keen interest in research and diplomacy. She is passionate about shaping public affairs and aims to create a meaningful impact through her work at Kiroyan Partners, where she joined in late 2024. Her unique blend of academic and professional experiences positions her to contribute effectively in the field of public affairs.
Experience:
Megan’s professional journey began with an internship at a prominent think tank in Jakarta, where she gained early exposure to international relations and policy research. Building on this foundation, she trained at the Trade Section of a foreign diplomatic mission and the Food Trade Unit of a public policy think tank, honing her skills in policy research, issue monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
Her career progressed when she joined a foreign diplomatic mission as an Expert, following a successful training period. In this role, Megan managed protocol, logistics, and communication for high-level officials attending a major international forum in Indonesia, further refining her ability to navigate complex diplomatic and logistical challenges.
