Deasy Rasjid brings her experiences in managing communications, strategic planning and media relations to help achieve the vision of Kiroyan Partners to be the thought leader in promoting sustainable business practices in Indonesia through strategic business solutions in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
After graduating from high school, Deasy studied economics at Trisakti University in Jakarta where she discovered her passion in public relations that induced her to join International Public Relations Association (IPRA) during her college years.
Soon after she graduated with a Bachelor of Economics degree, she became interested in media and advertising and started her professional career by joining a+ magazine – a fashion and lifestyle magazine, then for the next five years she worked for several multinational advertising agencies; Publicis Metro and J. Walter Thompson where she gained much knowledge about client servicing.
In 2008, she joined The Jakarta Post – one of the first tier media under the Kompas Gramedia Group and worked there for 8.5 years and handled various fields including special combined marketing-editorial projects which enabled her to deepen her media skills while broadening her networks with government institutions, various embassies along with their foundations and affiliates, think-tanks and various corporations – both local and international.
Bringing her media skills in pursuing her earlier passion for public relations, she joined a global PR firm Burson-Marsteller (currently Burson Cohn and Wolfe) and then moved to Firmatoya – a local PR firm under FAB Group where she served as an Associate Account Director and led the Corporate and Public Affairs (CPA) department. She now joined Kiroyan Partners and is eager to practice public affairs and contribute to sustainable business practices in Indonesia as part of the team of professionals that has made its mark in the Indonesian market for fourteen years.

Okky was born in Wakatobi, South East Sulawesi. Her first introduction to the media occurred when he was only 5 years old. Accompanied by her father, she learned to spell a newspaper headline highlighting the former President Soeharto’s speech. She spent most of his student’s life in Makassar and Jakarta.

Since she joined Kiroyan Partners, Olive has continually enhanced her skills in Media Relations and Outreach, Public Relation, Strategic Communications, Event Management, Issues Monitoring and Analysis, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Secondary Data Collections. She is also the key person behind creative designs of the company’s collateral, including presentation materials, reports, and credentials.
Annis has spent most of her childhood in the Netherlands. As a graduate from political science, Annis has developed her interest in specific issues, such as environmental politics, political budgeting, and Latin-America studies. Her interest in the mentioned issues has inspired her to write her bachelor thesis on social movements during the post-military regime in Brazil regarding the construction of a mega-dam building.
Growing up in Bali and Jakarta but spent his high school years in Yogyakarta, Beringin has been exposed to different cultures since early age. He was raised in a multicultural, multiethnic and multireligious family with a strong belief that diversity is a strength that must be embraced.
