His father being a career diplomat, Anton was born in Tehran, Iran in 1981 and spent most of his formative years between Jakarta, Brussels and Paris. This has caused a growing interest in politics, social issues and development prompting him to study Political Sciences, first at the University of Indonesia and then at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Freshly returning from Belgium, he became the first new recruit at Kiroyan Partners in 2008. Anton has been with the company ever since with an increasing responsibility as part of the management team. In 2016, Anton was awarded a Chevening Scholarship to pursue studies at the Leeds University Business School.
Having been with the company since its early days, Anton has contributed to the development of frameworks and approaches that differentiates Kiroyan Partners from other firms. Throughout the years, he has built hands-on understanding of the intricacies of stakeholder analysis, public affairs, and CSR, both in theory and in practice, when applied in different local contexts across Indonesia. Anton has served major clients from sectors such as banking and finance, infrastructure, FMCG, manufacturing, tech, energy, oil and gas, mining, as well as non-profits.
