Born in Bandung, 1993, Michello spent most of her childhood in Medan. Her keen interest in social and political issues, was initially triggered by her active involvement in English-debating competition during high-school. She earned her bachelor degree in social and political sciences, majoring international relations from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung 2014 and entitled in cum laude. Her passion for politics and international affairs is reflected through her avid participation in various international conferences, Model United Nations and volunteering activities. In 2012, She represented her university at Harvard National Model United Nations, USA.
In November 2017, as she earned a Master of Science in Political Communication from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom, she joined Kiroyan Partners as consultant. Studying political communication has strengthened her theoretical understanding on politics and media studies, also further expand her views on political communication of various political actors, the role and construction of public perception, public policy, and how it affects business sectors.
As a fresh graduate, Michello began her professional career at the strategic communication team for President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in 2014. She was mainly responsible for formulating and implementing communication strategy to develop positive evaluations of governments’ policy and achievements. Assisting a well-known public top profile on the public had its own set of challenges that come from various sectors. This taught her the importance of analysing, strategizing and executing as part of managing issues especially during crisis. She continued her work for President Yudhoyono in his capacity as Chairman of Democratic Party when his term ended, before decided to pursue her study in UK.

Okky was born in Wakatobi, South East Sulawesi. Her first introduction to the media occurred when he was only 5 years old. Accompanied by her father, she learned to spell a newspaper headline highlighting the former President Soeharto’s speech. She spent most of his student’s life in Makassar and Jakarta.
Noke Kiroyan has several decades of experience in senior management with top-performing multinational corporations. His cross-cultural communication skills and background in senior management allows him to blend local knowledge with modern managerial know-how and devise business solutions with socio-cultural acumen.
