stakeholders that can affect the companys business operation in the short run and its
reputation in the long run.
Vice versa the company should also be aware of who its
pertinent stakeholders are that might bring about impacts to the company,
through their actions. An issues management and monitoring has since then also
been an ongoing service that KP provides to make sure that the client is
continuously supplied with the socio-political dynamics ensuing in the area of
the incident.
