Challenges
A major domestic bank spun off its sharia unit in order to comply with central banking regulations, in turn leaving the unit to its own devices. In its new state of independence, the unit found itself struggling to manage public relations and management issues.

Our Approach
Kiroyan Partners helped the client develop public relations acumen through mentoring and organizing press campaigns, as well as media training, monitoring, and visits.

Results
After just one year, the unit was fully equipped to handle public affairs in a modern business environment.
